George Benioff came to the United States in 1870. He lived in Delaware, then moved to New York City and opened his Furrier in 1892. He moved to Allentown, Pennsylvania, in 1913, and opened his first store with his son, Fred Benioff. The store was located at 21 North 8th Street, Allentown, PA.
