Brown Moret Shin Length Leggings

The tag says XL but when I measured them for this posting the was it measured smaller. Perhaps that's why I only wore them a time or two. I thought it was because I just didn't wear much brown. Things that make you go hmmmmmm .... 55% Cotton 35% Polyester 10% Spandex Waist 13" Inseam 24.5"
