ginak604 @deeannamadden the handles are approx 8” from the top of the bag and they are adjustable (only 3 notches). the crossbody strap is also adjustable and approx 20” from the top of the bag.

ginak604 @deeannamadden each notch is approx 1” so on the lowest notch, the handles are about 7” from the top of the bag. (See pic for how I measured). I hope that helps 😊
