2 pairs of Women’s 8 1/2 Brooks shoes. Glycerin, very worn and used. If your feet hurt at the end of the day or in the morning when you first wake up, try wearing these shoes, they make a world of difference. For me, my heels were hurting in the morning after a good, long day or exercise aerobics. After exercising in these shoes, or wearing them on a 10 hour shift, my feet feel so much better! They were recommended by a physical therapist. I replaced these every six months to a year, so more to come in the near future. They’re very old and worn but they still have life in them. They still do the job but only half is good after six months to a year. These are the glycerin. I think that’s the highest arch support in this brand. There are three or more arch levels to choose from in a regular shoe store. These shoes run around $160 a pair.
