While re-measuring the sleeve to confirm the measurement, I noticed a small slit above the cuff. The price has been adjusted for that. Yes, the sleeve measurement is from the shoulder seam to the end of the sleeve.

styleagain79 If you are not satisfied with the fit you will need to request a refund through Poshmark. I follow their policy regarding refunds so that it can be documented for the seller and myself. Also, this is why I make sure to include measurements of the item so that there are no misunderstandings.
