No insole. Size 14 M(edium) with traditional laces. These are extremely comfortable walking shoes, and are worth every penny of the $130 price they sell for on Amazon, Zappos, etc. I wear these in a different size, and I love them. These are gently used, and will provide many miles of use. Just slip your own insoles in and you are ready to go. Brown suede with black soles.
