This sleeveless dress from Brooklyn Industries is sleek enough for the office, but also casual enough with its buttons and pockets for after work. The fabric is semi-stretchy (70% rayon, 25% polyester, 5% spandex) and machine washable. The color is a sort of heathered gray, almost like a houndstooth melange (I just made that up). You can kind of see in the photos that the bottom ~6" is a swath of fabric going in the opposite direction—a very subtle detail that adds some interest.
