Bronx and Banco Megan Mini Dress Size Small US 4

Bronx and Banco Megan Mini Dress I had a professional tailor remove the puff lace sleeves for my wedding, but no alterations were done to waist length or top besides the sleeve removal. I included the pics from the Revolve website so you could see the original that had the sleeves to how it was altered. It fits true to size and the label is a Size Small US 4. It was worn one evening for my wedding and has been dry cleaned. Dry cleaning tag is located on the inner tag. The retail price was $450 and I am asking $199. This dress is a mini - for reference I am 5'9" and I have long legs and torso is long. It hit my about 3" above my knees. I specifically included the pic where my arm was raised so you can see it still comfortably covered my backside.
