@brittanyd216 i don't have anything to measure it with, but front of the waist has no stretch while the back has stretch. I have never washed it or worn it (except to try it on). I am a size 2, and I would say this would fit a 00 and a 0 best.
The vest is denim, but the denim has stretch to it. It has also never been washed or worn.
