Brocade Sheath Dress Formal Audrey Hepburn Breakfast at Tiffany's

This dress is a gorgeous brocade sheath dress by NW Collections, a plus size brand that makes really nice pieces. It has a Breakfast and Tiffany's vibe and is very elegant. I just have too many formal dresses! Measurements laid flat: Bust: 21" Waist: 21" Hips: 24" This dress is great for plus size folks but will probably not sit well on a busty person. I'm a 36B and it's comfortably snug against my tatas.
