Brixon ivy fit and flare navy and white dress. new with tags

Brixon ivy fit and flare navy and white dress. I tried on the dress, but have no occasion to wear it and don’t foresee one. It’s a nice thick material, won’t blow in the wind as much. Could see this for a conservative shower or with stockings to stay warm in the cooler air.
