Awe...its so cute! It's a vintage Swing Rain Coat with zip out flannel lining. the cuffs and hood are lined as well. The fabric is water repelent. see the video. the swing, a line shape will flatter any figure. size is medium but it runs big. So it should fit Sizes 10-14. bust 50" shoulders 21" length 33"
