Brighton Pet Carrier for a small dog/cat

This pet carrier is in excellent condition and was barely used. It is free of rips and tears and from a smoke free home. The only issue I see are some small white patches on the bottom inside (see pic). I’m unsure of the weight limit for this, but the measurements are: 15” length 12” height 8” bottom width
