The handles are SO SOFT, which makes carrying the bag for prolonged periods (such as on travel or shopping days) very comfortable. This bag is used, and you will see a little bit of wear on the silver pieces shown in photos as well as some light wear (stains) in the bag's interior. This bag is in excellent preowned condition and comes with Brighton duster. This bag was also cleaned by Brighton and went through their care service before I put it away. Questions?
