Brighton "Loretto" turquoise and enamel cross necklace. Features a large cross pendant with a turquoise heart center stone and multi color enamel cross accents. Beautiful etched design on the back. Cross measures 1.75" x 2.75" Substantial snake chain necklace. Measures 16" length with a lobster claw clasp and a 1.5" chain link extender finished with the signature heart charm. Silver plated. Pre-owned and very gently worn with very minimal signs of wear. Very good condition.
