Bright green Mermaid style Ariel skirt

Perfect Ariel! Homemade (not by me) pencil skirt, bright green with mermaid tail at the back. Super pretty and unique. Two snap with hook/eye closure at the waist. Split in the front. Well constructed using machine sewing. Some minor flaws, all pictured. The edges of the tail have some slight fraying & could use reinforcement. There is a small spot on the front (pictured). Looks like a women's large, size 12 maybe. Will add measurements when I can find my tape. If you can sew, don't miss this!
