Bright blue frilly collar shirt

Bright blue business casual frilly high collar sleeveless shirt. This shirt is absolutely stunning with a nice blazer. I wore it for the only fancy interview I’ve ever had, and I nailed it! Size small, the brand is mine. There are a couple loose threads here and there, as pictured.
