Bright Pink Swiss Dot Tunic NWOT

This frilly tunic has 2 layers. There is a pink lining underneath and the top layer is a sheer hot pink. It has swiss dots throughout and the fabric is pleated The actual color is between the two different colors in the pics. The sleeves are 3/4 length and they are sheer.
