Bright Green Eloquii pleated edge, fan sleeve top size 14/16

This is a brand new, never worn Eloquii top from a few years ago. Tags are still on. Size 14/16. Fabric: 96% cotton, 4% spandex. Top is really smooth, stretches, but is not thin. Flat measurements: Bust: 22” Hip width: 25” Back length: 25” Sleeve length: 8.5”
