Bridesmaids/Evening gown

Navy gown perfect for any formal occasion- I wore this as a bridesmaids dress and the color is flattering for any skin tone. Can be worn as a strapless dress but includes an additional piece of tulle for convertible options (halter, one shoulder strap). See photos of the bottom of dress, which has been torn slightly from being stepped on. Can easily trim this or ignore as it’s hidden among the rest of the tulle
