Bridesmaids/ mother of the bride/ party dress

I cannot even put into words how much I love this dress. The color on the tag says Shadow. It's a beautiful charcoal. This dress has never been worn and is in perfect condition except at the waist the stitching has come loose in one spot making the belt hang in one area. I took a picture of the loose stitching.
