How stretchy is the waist? Is it more similar to a mildly stretchy jean short, regular athletic shorts, or like leggings where the waist measures much smaller than what it is when you wear it?

@steamedvans hello! its soft, stretchy fabric like yoga pants and sits at your natural waistline. I can easily stretch the waist to 21” without it feeling “stretched out” - probably max stretch is 23”
