Breli II Vintage 80s Peplum Dress

Breli II vintage 80s peplum dress, black and white patterned with floral accents in red, yellow, blue, purple, and green. Crossed V-neck, has shoulder pads, 3/4-length sleeves with black button details. Peplum waist, midi length with split in back. Original belt with same pattern. Size 14, 100% polyester. Excellent used condition. Small scrape on one sleeve button, signs of age on back of belt, and some fraying on one hanger strap (see last three photos). A gorgeous piece of fashion history!
