sweetzel808 @veseladimitrov hi there again! How do I know what size to get? I’m a Jrs size 9. Small at the waist but. Do I get a medium? I know large will be a little bit big for me.

veseladimitrov @sweetzel808 I always advise to go down the size because you have 3 rows of hooks to work with and usually if you get your exact size (in your case large) the first row will be used just for a few days because the waist gets tight really fast.

The first 3 pictures shows the exact look of the waist trainer the one with little wholes that style is designed like that to provide breath ability so you can wear it through out the day not only during workout. We do have a smooth one as well that provides more heat for fat burning looking like the one on the wast picture if you were referring to that one. The material is all the same for both
