Brash Suede Wedges

*Worn three times* There is some kind of materiel or something on the front of the shoe on the inside I’m not sure where or how it got there (pictured). I have tried to take it off but it will not budge. There is an adjustable strap so you can tailor it to your ankle. The heels are about 6 inches. They are a bit comfortable but might hurt after a few hours of wear
