Brandy Melville Izzy Floral Mini Skirt! Super cute two tiered flowy mini skirt, cream in color with mini blue flowers all over. The skirt also has an elastic waistband, able to fit multiple sizes. I say it would best fit a women's S/M, but see the measurements below for more info! This is a new without tags item, took the tag off but never wore it as it fit a bit too big on me.
