Brand new, unused The North Face Toddler 1996 Retro Nuptse Jacket

I was left stuck with this brand new jacket that I purchased for my toddler last year after my time passed to return it to Neiman Marcus and it’s been hanging in my closet ever since. When I received it in the mail I noticed the jacket had some black marks. I’ve attached pictures of the front and wrist part where they are found. The tags are included also as I received them in the mail unattached. Everything as shown is how I got it from Neiman Marcus. NEVER USED.
