shoelore I have these. I'm a true US 7.5 and usually a 38 in luxury brands. With these I had to go up to 38.5 and they fit perfectly. Both length wise and width wise. They are definitely a narrow fit but the straps do give some wiggle room although minor. Also lies about them being a $100 at saks lol I hope this helps you for anyone interested in these.
