Brand new, never worn single-sole heel

Brand new, never worn, single-sole, sling-back, open-toed burgundy Nine West heels. Bought these at a church sale but my narrow heels won't keep them on my feet :( (I guess they wrote the "23" on the bottom). Just want back what I paid for them.
