@pokielisa my daughter was a Jovani It Girl and was awarded this dress through that competition. It was after her senior prom so she never had an opportunity to wear it.

@pokielisa it’s a velvet type material but not thick. It is a stretchy fabric, however it’s not as stretchy as some of the other Jovani dresses.
