leemari11 @mary_aquino this is the most craziest thing I have ever had to deal with through Poshmark. But when I received your order, the shoes were not in the box. Especially being authenticated and sent to me the shoes the shoes are not in the box.

leemari11 I opened up a case, and immediately contacted Poshmark. I’ll be waiting for them to respond. There is an inspector who inspected them somehow someone stole them.

leemari11 @mary_aquino I was not assuming that you did not put them in the box and I’m fully aware that Poshmark would have to rectify this issue as soon as possible I was just letting you know that’s why that there is a case open. I just can’t believe that this is happened this has never happened. I’ve been a member for so many years. I have never in my life experience something like this. I’m sure that you can understand how upset I am right now.

leemari11 @mary_aquino I have been contemplating buying those shoes and finally pushed the button .I want a full investigation and I’m going to figure out how to get a police report as well. I’m a very honest person and I cannot believe something like this could even happen especially after they were authenticated. I’m very suspicious of what Poshmark authenticator might have done hopefully they have cameras in their facility. They need to jump on top of this immediately because this is thievery.

mary_aquino @leemari11 it’s very disappointing, and upsetting it away. I’m on the same boat as you I’ve been selling through posh for the longest time. I can’t even believe it that they would sell it without shoes they would not get caught beyond me. I’m sorry that you’re going through this. I have ti message them see you know I shipped them to Shoes, and I even got a notification that they ship it to you. I hope this will get resolved soon for the both of us.

I never have had purchased an item had it authenticated and then stolen from a box and then Poshmark not helping me resolve the theft . I am not a rich person nor poor but one thing for sure I don’t lie and don’t steal . This is absolutely crazy !!!!! You got you money and I lost out on money and shoes … I am at n absolute loss here

mary_aquino @leemari11 I am so sorry that you are going through this, I’ve been selling through Poshmark for over five years and nothing like this ever happened, As a Poshmark seller, it’s giving me doubts if another item gets authenticated and gets stolen from a box makes me not want to sell through them, have you considered filing police report? I know you said you were going away. I even shipped your item with a day after your purchase so you could receive them,

leemari11 @mary_aquino well great news ! They did a full investigation and found in shipping obviously suspicious event occurred and they have returned my money ( full return ) thank god ! Poshmark has restored my faith in them ! They did the honorable thing . Thank goodness!
