Brand new dress never worn tag attached

Tag says xs but fits perfect on me and i usually wear a size 2 and 4. Mint colored dress absolutely stunning! It has bling along the torso area. I never wore it because my cat got a hold of it and punctured a few holes into it as u can see in the pictures. I'm not sure if that's repairable but I never checked. Too beautiful to go to waste so hope it sells. I bought this from a fashion boutique on Broadway in New York city. I purchased it for $350. Selling it much cheaper due to the minor damage
