jaclyn711 @kelleechristina it’s approximately 15 1/2 inches across at the hip, it has a shell exterior that is 98% cotton/2% spandex and a lining that is 100% polyester

jaclyn711 @kelleechristina I was between and 8 and a 10 when I bought it and it fit well when I tried it on! I’m now between a 4 and a 6 and it’s too big for me
