Brand new! Just received but can not use!

I just received this but I don't know how to use lashes lol and the colors, though pretty, just don't go with my complexion😌. The palette mirror did come with a crack through it though🤷🏼‍♀️ palette goes for 15.00,lashes 28.00, and the eyeliner adhesive 21.00. I'm marking the yes for new, however, this doesn't come with tags because I didn't receive a tag.
