Brand new Cinq a Sept Piper Dress Sand 2

Brand new with tag and authentic. Effortlessly chic and timeless. Fabulous "SAND" color that will go with any occasion. Super classy! Size 2. Please note there are some marks at the bottom of the dress (see last photo) from being a floor sample. Should come off easily after getting it cleaned. Comes with red home removal tag as shown in photo. There is loose thread near the zipper bottom as shown in photo from patrons trying it on in the store (it is not a rip in the fabric, just loose threading along the seam that can be easily fixed by any seamstress or even yourself if you know how to sew).
