Beautiful boots! Brand new! I wore in my house for 2 days but they're too big:( I originally exchanged a 9 for a 10 since the retailer had no 9.5 and really thought they'd work, but needing the 9.5. These boots have nice thick removable insoles. I feel they're true to size based on the bannock device which I fall exactly between 9 & 9.5
