Brand New Velvet‎ Ribbon Tie on Choker with Flower

This choker is brand new and totally size adjustable. I haven't taken it out of its packaged clip to show, but this is a style where you wrap it around your neck and tie in a bow or knot at the back of your neck. Please note that the flower patch will lay sideways on your neck. I am going to treat the ends of the ribbons with a dab of clear nail polish to prevent them from fraying.
