AFAIK, these were from a pop-up event in Tokyo and issued only to VIP customers. Not only are they super. cool, they're highly collectible! Featuring three buttons on a decorative card inside decorative, sealable sleeve. Each button is a different colorway and is approximately 1.5" in diameter.
