Brand New Navy Blue Chiffon Floral Island Print Romper with slit neck detail

NWOT. This is a halter style romper with a split front neckline and a open back with a zipper, sexy yet still classy because it’s not wide open. I bought this Romper at a festival in Miami Beach hoping I could fit into it,lol. It’s too small on me, I was 145lb, 29” waist and 41” hip. It was too tight on my waist. It’s size Medium but fits more like a small/medium. It’s light weight and perfect for warm climates.
