Brand New Baby Sandals

My mother in law bought these shoes for my daughter and the very first time we put them on we couldn't get them zipped up on her! I was so sad because they're so cute! I took the tag off when we were putting them on because I thought they were the right size, but I held onto it. We meant to take them back and swap them out but we never got around to it.
