This striking Bradford Exchange sculptural plate, titled “Silent Strike,” was created by wildlife artist Bill Wieger and released in 2001 as the first issue in the Force of Nature collection.
Unlike standard collector plates, this piece features a dramatic three-dimensional resin sculpture of a bald eagle in mid-strike, emerging from rushing water with wings fully spread, set in front of a detailed mountain and river scene. The plate is mounted on a wood-tone display base with an engraved brass-tone nameplate reading Silent Strike, giving it the presence of a standalone sculpture rather than a flat wall plate.
This example is Plate No. F005 and was produced as part of a limited-edition casting, officially listed for trading by The Bradford Exchange. The backstamp confirms authenticity and artist attribution. Decorative display piece only (not food safe).
