Hi. Does it come with a dust bag? To be certain that it fits-what was the measurement of the wrist of the wearer? 2.5 inches seems more like a ring size. Thanks.

hi, can you please provide the wrist size of this bracelet - it should be stated next to hallmark/signature (a 2 letter combination SH, ST, or LG)? Or inner circumference measurement and not diameter (measure with tape around the inner circle). thank you
