Navy blue with 2 front pockets that zipper and have Velcro closure. The coat is reversible. The inside has no tags and is a dark yellow with a blue strip across the chest through the arms. 2 pockets on the yellow side that close with Velcro. Elastic closure on the sleeves. There is some blue color that may have rubbed on it possibly with a shirt, along the bottom and end of sleeves. Only noticeable up close. Tried to capture in photos. Measurements in photos.
