Handmade Vintage from the 1980s A bear in a nautical outfit? Yes! She's so adorable. Dressed in a navy top outlined in red grosgrain ribbon. Also a collar, or overlay, in navy, also trimmed in red with a red tie. Navy bow on top of her head. Underneath her top are navy pantaloons also trimmed in red.
