Sizing just didn’t work for me and the item was final sale Measurements - please see images to see where I measured Waist: 16.5 (measured from the back) and 17 inches (measured from the front) Hip: 19.5 inches Skirt length: 15 inches Bib length: 11 1/4 inches Straps are adjustable - I am 5’8 and lengthened the straps almost all the way to get the length I wanted. Dress is about 33 1/2 inches long with the straps extended all the way.
