Very cute with velvet trimming down the front, by arm opening on front and around neckline. Has a keyhole neck in the back with cute button and a slit like one on front. Pretty design in the material. Rayon material so has a little stretch but does have a flowy cut. So cute and dressy! No tags but never worn bought at a Boutique.
