Botanical Pattern Romper

This botanical romper has a lace upper and synthetic printed bottom. I purchased this as a swimsuit topper on spring break and it worked wonderfully! The slinky material on the bottom doesn’t absorb water the way cotton does. Trades and offers are welcome!
