caraleigh123 @bethanyfae hello! I have some questions about this wrap! Is it correct to say that these results are really only temporary? And for how long? How often should you use the wrap?

bethanyfae @caraleigh123 Hi! They give you results but everything can move back to what it was before if you're not continuing to use them occasionally or maintaining a reasonable diet and exercise. I know someone who doesn't workout, but she eats what she wants (not like huge portions but she'll indulge if she wants too) she just aways sure to do one wrap a week and drink tons of water and she's done that way for a year and lost 50 pounds. Many people use them in conjunction with diet and/or exercise as well. You don't have to do one wrap a week you can do them at most every 3 days but I like to stretch them. You use one wrap at a time for 45 minutes and then you see some results immediately but more significant results after 3 days. You can also reuse a wrap while it's fresh and wet and move it to another part of your body you want to tone. I move mine up to my boobs after my belly. ☺️

bethanyfae @caraleigh123 oh awesome! You'd get even more out of it then. I've only just started doing squats. 😙 One wrap can be worn up to 8 hours. You have to use it up within a matter of hours because they dry up with all the botanicals absorbing into your body.

caraleigh123 @bethanyfae Oh, squats are the worst..but effective! :) So basically, once you take the wrap off, you have only a few hours afterwards to re-apply the wrap? So really it is only good for one day?

bethanyfae @caraleigh123 Once you take the wraps off and theirs extra liquid in it I would move it to another area immediately. After you've done a wrap, the ingredients are in your skin making progress for the next three days so no need to wrap during those days.

There is another girl selling this same product (It Works) for the same price here on Poshmark but she told a girl that the results were permanent..and I didn't believe they were so I thought I would check with you

bethanyfae @caraleigh123 happy to oblige! I will say that the one result that seems to be for sure permanent is how the tone loose skin and reduce stressed marks. But I would say it's neither permanent nor temporary because it depends on what the person does after their results. ☺️
