that’s pretty skirt begins with an elastic waistband. There’s plenty of stretch. It will stretch to 24 inches. The fabric is a semi sheer chiffon in different patterns. There’s a paisley and a floral and some polkadots. A couple of them have a gold metallic thread, running through them. In excellent conditionfully lined, the fabric is semi shear.
