Multicolored Boston Proper Blouse/Dress Long sleeve Blouse is 26 inches long. I bought it as a dress, but at 5:10 it wears more like a blouse on me. It hits me right below the hip. Wear it as a blouse or a dress depending on your height. Done up in beautiful cream pink black and light blues. Very versatile and can be worn with several different colors. The tag says small, but it is definitely a Size medium. I am a size 10 and it fits perfectly.
